The Labour Institutions Act provides for the establishment of labour institu-tions, and provides for their functions, powers and duties. The Act emphasises the establishment or further development of the tripartite system. Hence, the role of ATE and its functions have become even more important than before.

ATE has produced and sells a pocketsize version of the Act.
