Welcome to ATE's Newsflash for November 2019. In this month the Association has been able to implement several activities on your behalf aiming to promote harmonious business environment for the national development.
We have continued to stand on our key mandate by providing labour and Industrial relations support and equally important offering Training and Seminars on specific and crosscutting issues for the betterment of members and all employers in the country. As a valued member you will be receiving regular monthly newsflash for updates and information sharing.
The Association in this month has implemented several activities including our collaboration with UNICEF Tanzania and other stakeholders to celebrate the World Children’s Day and the commemoration of the 30 years of the Convention on the Rights of Children (CRC). ATE also represented employers to the Listen Up! Youth Dialogue Event that was organised by the International Youth Foundation, Tanzania at Nashera Hotel, in Dodoma.
Female Future Tanzania Alumni Network also held its second Meeting which was accompanied by the theme: “Leveraging your Network and Mentorship for Career Success.” We finally conducted Workshop on Workers Compensation Act 2008 aiming to remind employers on compliance and its benefits.
