COURSE OVERVIEW

Emotional Intelligence is increasingly being regarded as a valuable people skill that
distinguishes the top performers from average employees. It is the ability to identify, use,
understand and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate
effectively, empathise with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflicts. This ability
